SHIPPING METHODS

At Garza we work with the best transport companies to take care of orders as they deserve and to be able to offer an excellent service. 

SHIPPING FORMS

SPAIN (PENINSULAR) 24/48H MRW/ SENDING (Monday to Thursday and in the months of July and August for orders placed before 2:00 p.m.)

SPAIN (BALEARIC ISLANDS) – 24/48H MRW/SENDING STANDARD SHIPPING 

  • Shipping cost: €6.95

PORTUGAL (PENINSULAR) – 24/58H MRW/SENDING STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Transport cost €5.50 for orders less than €35

ORDER INFORMATION

Orders placed before 1:30 a.m. will be included in the same day shipping and will therefore arrive within the next two days before 7:00 p.m. If, on the other hand, the order is placed after that time and/or on a weekend, shipping will be made on the next business day at 4:30 p.m.

At the time of purchase: 

  1. Garza will send you an email confirming your purchase. 
  2. The package will be made and sent the same day (if it is before 2:30 p.m.). 
  3. Sending/MRW will notify the client of the arrival within the next 24/48 hours . 

Island shipments have an arrival window of between 48 / 72 hours of arrival with the same schedule conditions as peninsular shipments. 

 

TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY TIMES

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order form, and only to the geographical destinations specified in the delivery forms. 

All products are shipped in perfect condition. The customer must notify the logistics company (or the postman) of the slightest trace of impact (holes, crush marks, etc.). In the event of package damage, the customer must refuse delivery of the order and contact the logistics company. 

As with any shipment, it is possible to experience a delay or the product to be lost. In these cases, Garza will contact the logistics company to request information about what happened and initiate the appropriate procedures. Regardless of this, the amount paid to the customer will be refunded or an exactly identical package will be sent in the shortest possible time. 

Garza is not responsible for possible delays in shipments if they are the responsibility of the logistics company. 

 

DELIVERY ERROR

The consumer must send to the SELLER, on the same day of delivery or at the latest the first business day after delivery, any type of claim due to a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the goods in kind or in quality.

In the event of an error in delivery or an exchange, any product for exchange or refund must be returned to the SELLER with all the elements of the order and in its original packaging, in perfect condition, to the SELLER'S ADDRESS. 

Before the change, Garza must be informed and have prior approval from the SELLER, who in case of agreement will resend the package to the correct address. 

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product contains some type of defect or is used. 

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

The buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indication of the reasons. 

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by notification via telephone communication to the telephone number 91 621 40 07, addressing the email customer@garza.es , sending your letter to our postal address Avda. de la Industria, 22-26 28947, Fuenlabrada .

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

RETURN

The client must send the product directly to our offices at the address Avda. de la Industria, 22-26 28947, Fuenlabrada , without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right to withdraw from the contract is formalized. The deadline will be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the end of the term. 

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. 

The right of return cannot be exercised for: Products returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or dirty by the customer. Once the package is received in our warehouse, the refund will be made within 30 days.

PAYMENT REFUND

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same payment methods used by the client, as long as it has not been provided otherwise. 

Garza may withhold the refund until the product has been received, a reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of its return , depending on which condition is met first. 

In the event of unjustified delay on the part of Garza , regarding the return of the sums paid, the client may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages suffered in excess of said amount. . 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing Garza reason for return through any of the means provided in these contract conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. 

Heron undertakes to assume the cost of the return and replace the product with a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.
